Open Heavens Poem by Olufayo Ezekiel

Open Heavens

In the duress of my pains,
In the World of my dreams,
In the imageries of my visions,
In the paradise of my mind,
In the valley of my hopes.

My spirit is high,
The heavens are open,
The veil has shift,
The windows are visible,
The cloud has unfold.

Like the man of Revelation,
Like the Redeemed man,
Yes! I have seen it open and still,
For you and for me.

The first window is for the Barrens,
Pouring out waters on dead plants,
Making their roots breath again,
Giving out lucks to the hunters,
As well as the men on the seas.

In the second; I have seen,
Thunderous blessings raining on
the poors.
Making the tables turning around.

Angel of the third flip! flap! around;
Telling the lames to walk,
Cursing the leprous to clean,
Making the blinds to see,
And deformed reformed.

The fourth shining one is ringing a
bell of peace.
Saying in a loud voice;
Peace be still! Peace be still!
To all battled minds and lands.

Sighting the fifth,
I have seen;
Long life and span to beings.

Twinkling the eyes;
The sixth says 'freedom'
For the slaves,
For the oppressed,
For the suppressed.

And the seventh Angel
is here, fronting the creator,
Raining waters and manner on lands,
Making the divine anointing of
heavens to overflow,
Quenching the thirst of creatures.

Oh! heavens the haven of God,
You have opened with your blessings,
Let all fulfilled,
Let all be peace,
Let all bring gain,
Let all...................
In this season of hope,
As we all say the loudest 'AMEN.'
