Stop being so opaque!
Oh why, why can't you see
That I won't ever hurt you
Just let your inner self be free-

I’m here to lend a hand
To help you when the times are hard
The one who understands-

Please don't hide yourself away
I know that deep inside, you shine
Like the sun on a bright day-

Stop being so opaque!
Just give me some to show
you, all the people around us
Who I'm sure you would all 'wow'

Stop being so opaque!
I thought you were my friend
I know we'll stick together
