Only wen i died did i learn 2 live
only wen i hurt did i learn 2 heal
only being beat did i learn to fight
only wen i did wrong did i learn right

only wen it was dark did i seek light
only being taught hate i seeked love
only wen i felt vengeance i learned forgiveness
only wen i failed did i learn to succeed

only wen i fell did i learn to stand
only wen i was lonely i learned to reach out my hand
only being taught silence i learned to speak
only wen we r tested pushed to our limits do
we truly find what we r capable of

only wen i found a friend did i learn to understand
