Only If The Wind And Waves Were Alive... Poem by Kong Vang

Only If The Wind And Waves Were Alive...

Only if the wind could laugh...
Then i can call the wind my best friend...

Only if the waves could cry...
Then i can call the waves my fine comrade...

However, only mortals know how to laugh...
And only people know how to cry...

Lonely is memory gone with the wind...
Sad is relearning my own moral with the wave...

Having no true friend...
Is a rose that have no petal...

Having no petal...
Is never able to express your feeling...

Let happiness be the coffin...
Let sadness be those who pursuit...
