Nothing is perfect
Nothing is free
Nothing is the way
I dreamt it would be

Everything I once knew
Was a lie
I'll help you through
One step at a time

Please don't leave me
Oh, how I love you
Please don't deceive me
I can't live without you
One step further
One step back
Never moving forward
But always going back

Always uncertain, always unsure
Afraid to move, but not anymore
Take my hand, I will guide you
We'll make it through
