One Little Kiss Poem by Danielle CarbonWilson

One Little Kiss

He whispered softly in my ears,
'I Love You, '
I felt like crying a river of tears,
"I love you too".

One little kiss had brought us this close,
Among the stars we glided,
One little kiss and I was his rose,
I owe my love to cupid.

Suddenly a wind arose,
And sent us down to reality,
Along with it, our moonlight love,
In fact, all his love for me.

No more was I his little rose,
In and out I bled,
When my scent hit his nose,
One little kiss… and I was dead.
