One day your eyes open and see
One true light to follow
One Loving Guide to believe in

To a life of peace, joy, and happiness
To a mind full of wisdom and understanding
To a soul that is rested and free

Through pain, God's will gives strength
Through trials, in Him find patience and endurance
Through tribulation, He will take you to the mountain top

It is just one choice of obedience
It is just one belief in self sacrifice
It is just one step on a True foundation

You can take one step t begin the journey
You can finish this one journey and realize God's Glory
You can see God in Heaven with life eternal

Take that one step in that one day
One day at a time to complete a life's journey
