On The Way To Canberra Poem by Jona PoloRamirez

On The Way To Canberra

Walls of rocks- layers of existence
Isolated areas - long fences of ranches,
Grey misty forest - mountains full of trees
Barren where there's man - life in heifer's
Land, patches of green smiling in the sun
An array of road down to human's land.

Certain destiny in a highway of dreams,
A heart's desire with hope it'll get there.
Circles of lakes, connecting life to life,
Houses isolated yet connected by land.

Southern table grounds, a country lying land
To land, a pioneer city inland awaiting
Somewhere beyond, a sense of time, a dream
Within your mind, beyond horizon's range,
Millions of dreams abide. Still waiting to be seen,
Be touched with by your heart...
Feel it in your mind to see it come alive.
