On The Moon

They left me
on the moon.
I'm always late...
'Get back by 5
or miss the boat'

The boat actually
was the
lunar lander.
I went exploring...
missed the deadline.

Cannot believe they
left me here.
My own fault tho.
No hotel in sight.
I'd settle for a good cafe.

poet Christopher Marlowe

For will in us is overruled by fate.
When two are stripped, long ere the course begin,
We wish that one should love, the other win;
