Old Age Is Creeping Up On Me Poem by Daniel Andrade

Old Age Is Creeping Up On Me

Old Age is creeping up on me
I'm not young like I used to be
I'm so tired of taking pills
All I have is doctor bills
Old Age is Creeping Up On Me Old Age is Creeping Up On Me
Each day brings some new misery
My blood pressure's up a shade
And I wear a hearing aid
Old Age Is Creeping Up On Me Old Age Is Creeping Up On Me
without my glasses I can't see
I now have a double chin
Where my neck has always been
Old Age Is Creeping Up On Me Old Age Is Creeping Up On Me
My health ain't what it used to be
There are wrinkles on my face
My false teeth won't stay in place
Old Age Is Creeping Up On Me Old Age is Creeping Up On Me
My aching back's a mystery
I'm run down and always ill
Might as well make out my will.
Old Age Is Creeping Up On Me Old Age Is Creeping Up On Me
Old Father time won't let me be
All my hair is turning gray
And I'm aging day by day
Old Age Is Creeping Up On Me
