Oh Winters Flake Poem by Brian Kilpatrick

Oh Winters Flake

Rating: 4.8

Oh winters flake
Blown by the wind
So all alone
Until you find a friend

So unique
Until one by one
You hide the fields
From the sun

You blanket trees
Melted by the sun
You tickle the streams
And it has begun

Love the imagery in this poem, how one flake finds a friend then soon many hide the fields and blanket trees, it makes for a beautiful picture of a winter landscape in my mind. Great poem, I enjoyed it very much.10+++++++++++ Thank you for sharing. RoseAnn
