Oh, What A Terrible Morning Poem by Sebastian Seal

Oh, What A Terrible Morning

Oh, what a terrible mornin',
Oh, what a terrible day,
I've got a terrible feelin',
I've got a gas bill to pay!

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This was written by my relative, Sebastian Hammerstein, almost a century ago, after he accidentally agreed to change gas suppliers over the phone without realising that his rockpool wasn't even connected to the mains. Someone did a feeble parody of it in some stage musical.
