Oh How Heart Song Soars Swells Poem by Terence George Craddock (Spectral Images and Images Of Light)

Oh How Heart Song Soars Swells

when I gaze out upon
beauty lit far horizon
when I gaze out upon
this God spun creation...

shades of light on lakes
rivers mountains oceans far seas
on autumn’s rustic tints
whispering transformation leaves

oh how heart song soars swells
music flows in pristine creations
in life creatures impossibilities
sweeping back ages Eden visions

sudden heart shock violent earth rapes
picturesque kaleidoscopic tragedies
humanities industrialization ravishes
heart sobs tear flesh perfection vanishes

why did God grant guardianship earth authority
to reckless vile creature lacking responsibility
despoils harmony beauty in rash acts stupidity
immortality ate consequences fruits bile causality.

you ask a very good question... we, as humans, have a heavy responsibility, that we seem to most often shun! good poetry!
