Of Bulbs & Things- -(Daffodil Planters)

Your brilliance crumbled like my shattered light bulb
All electric- 75 watts of lost power- -
Shattered illumines of genius and enlightenment, it is
The light gone as are my Spring flowers;
My daffodils came up too early this year- - -
You like the unforgiving frost took them all
Gone just like my 75 watt bulb- -blown
Now, i must plant more bulbs come the Fall;

Sometimes we plant in the Fall in hopes to sow beauty in the Spring
Sometimes we simply get to brazen and cold...blowing the light and killing all the new blooms...there is a moral to this tale told;
