Ode to family

Ode to My Family *)

Anakmu menangis
Anakmu mengejang
'Ibu...Ibu jangan tinggalkan aku'
sedang kau bermain pingpong
dengan bapak di kamar tamu

Bola di-smash, bola meluncur
masuk belah dadamu. Ah kau mengerang tersentuh puting.
Bapak tertawa, kau menyebut nama anak.
Tapi anakmu meradang, anakmu menendang botol susu bukan girang

Mata bapak melotot, saat beha kau tarik, ternyata ada bola sebundar payudara.
Dan anakmu memandang tegang pada maut bersayap putih datang tak diundang.
Anakmu takut merapatkan jemari, mengigil badan tak berpeluk. Diam.

Lalu bapak mengangkat di meja persegi. Kau meneteki, tapi mulut kaku.
Kau takut pada mata serupa bola pingpong. Mencungkil. Menelan buat jamu kuat.
Lalu menyalib di dinding kamar

Permainan belum selesai,
sedang anakmu menjadi wasit
