Ode To Colors Poem by Deepta Protik Osman

Ode To Colors

Red is wound,
With white, a light.
Black is dark,
Where evil bark,
Where death looks dark
For heaven and hell.
Green of living,
Yellow, light fellow.
Blue, a swallow
Of Rivers and Lakes,
Where death below,
Where black below-dark death.
Brown, the ground,
Where hound pound cats.
Pink’s a link
For flowers’ gay.
Grey is prey
Prey of Black.
Lack for black,
Against black.
White, heaven,
Color of soul.
Black always, a sinner’s soul,
Foul not for hell.
Siren from the hell.
The bell from hell,
Where people is blind.
