The stuff
Of Nature
Equally
Alert and inert
And human
Species-
All around
You see
Truthfully
Real and true
Products
Of the past
Not slaves
Of it
As being
And to be
In the safe
Hands of it.

Forget you not
That hurt you
Yesterday
And the one
That loves you
Everyday.

Forget you not
The past
That makes
You cry
And focus
On the moment
That makes
You smile.

Forget you not
The pain caused
And the lesson
So learnt.

The people
Of letters
Grey matter
Wit and wisdom
May define
Or pronounce
As it appeals
To the logical
Or illogical ends
Going far
Or against.

But-
Knowingly
To be unknown
About
The future
Or vision of it
As you see
The present
Going to be
The past of it
In the History
Proudly holding
Its glory
Ever safe.

As such-
Declaring
The past
To be unsafe
And the future
Undefined
Appears to be
Deliberate.

Knowing
The entire well
Young-ones
Of all species
Living-
Three in one
As you see
Down-to-earth
Certainly is
The future
As defined.
