# O Little One Poem by Samanyan Lakshminarayanan

# O Little One

Rating: 2.8

O little one
you were not a brat
not even then
now for what
you slam the phone down

what is it
i have denied you?

you were a sweet
little thing then
even one tiny little...present
will contend you then

but now....and this
what is this you ask of me

how can i willingly do this
who will willingly to this
willingly...wanting to become
an orphan

Very moving. They do not stay little ones, do they? 10, for you. Always, Sandra

Touching. I think there is some change in your style of expression Sankar. You are now very brief to the point, which is very effective. Bravo! ! !

O little one you were a brat not then now for what you slam the phone down a sad soliloquy/monologue, there are too many Little ones in the world because of one thing or another. An enlighten poem for sure.
