Nurturing Hope...
My foolish desire
to embrace the whole world
in the warmth of my being
most often goes rolling down
as a vehicle that lost its brakes
the love i have for the world
often turns into a roller-coaster ride
making me dizzy in frenzied madness
my innards fleeing from within
i still nurture hope!
Well, the roller-coaster reaches its destination by the time you open your eyes. Body may feel beaten. Beautiful poem.
