Nowhere Poem by eve coleman

Nowhere

I want to buy a train ticket to Nowhere
And watch the familiar land
Pass by my eyes
Slowly turning into nothingness.
I want an escape
A place to myself
But Nowhere is full of
People like me.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This poem, unlike the other poems I write, doesn't have a set meaning. It is entirely up to the reader's point of view.

I wrote this poem, like most of my other ones, late at night.

To me, it's about never being alone.
Sometimes things just suck & you just want to give up or go nowhere & find peace of mind.
But when you get to nowhere, you realize that there are other people just like you. Other people who are going through the same things or have gone through the same things as you & know how you're feeling.
No matter how bad you feel, you're never alone.
