It wouldn't be that hard
To secretly slip back in
To fall in the hole
And stop living again

No one would notice
Because right now 'I'm fine'
And I could go on pretending
It's just a matter of time

I'm a ticking time bomb
And I'm about to explode
My boat is sinking
I have no way to stay afloat

The dark thoughts are returning
And I wish them away
I tell them not to come back
Not even another day

I have a great father
The king of kings
He is all mighty
Yet he still cares about me

I have plenty of reason
But that's no excuse
Because my God is greater
Than any self abuse

He loves me more than I do
He knows all about me
I once was blind
But now I can see
