Now Braking The Cutlass

Pull a rabbit from a hat
Spin a wheel into the sky
Ask a man who bears the bolt
To start a chain reaction cry
Take a good long look at the raging molasses riverboat captain's eye

Drop a two ton bird
On a one way jim
Break a green bucket seam
And then do it all again
Take a real hard guess at the pontiac's course misen main and aft aligned

Stilt a regiment of stripes
Crank your mast horn blue
Brighten ev'ry slack, old cracker jack
Blowing bygone stew
Take a slow sure pull at the vanishing kite in the starcrossed sunlit twine

Find a good old friend
In a picture book box
When copper toy winds now
Push a nickle in the slot
Take a big deep breath at the shimmering sight given high grace step through

Tailor Bell

I've just come back from the hospital. They said I was ok but.. words.. they can mean so much. I know this is nutty, Tailor, but what this makes me think of is the following - a vision arising from a picture in an old book - the vision being of an old sailing ship (perhaps called the cutlass) negotiating its way past another craft - including perhaps the 'braking' process, by means of all the coded instructions given in this magical piece of literature. Or am I completely on the wrong moon tonight? Oh yes. jim

I'd now like to make a complaint. I'm being held here against my will! !
