Now And Then



sky of ashes
river of tears
ribbons of faded love falling
a course of three years
the rain is coming down swiftly
miles and miles of blue
I am alone on this doomed little island
where are you?

is nobody listening?
I scream out to the night
the darkness is overwhelming
and I am anything but alright

now and then
you love and hate me
