Nothing I Dream Comes True Poem by Shalom Freedman

Nothing I Dream Comes True

NOTHING I DREAM COMES TRUE

Nothing I dream comes true.
The poems are written.
The world goes on.

This is the paradox:
The mind for me
Without which there is nothing else.
Will disappear.

So great to myself
So nothing to everyone else.

Except a few loved ones, perhaps.
