When you buy a TV or a computer
It is better if you know something before you go to the dealer.
However, the human body has no direction how to use,
Everybody just experimenting, some even lights a fuse

It is a miracle if someone grows up and stays healthy,
With all those tempting foods and gluttony,
It is better to be open for every message and listen,
And eventually put together the best ideas that our life in good health could be lengthen.
