Not Shown To Them They Seek

Why is it
People want to be noticed
Ignoring someone else?
That has been done to me.
And I've seen that done
By those,
I imagine...
Want some attention to come.
But wouldn't it be easier,
To wave or speak?
Instead of pretending not to notice,
Someone known.
Or someone that is sought,
That they want not shown
To them they seek!
