Not Quite Perfect Poem by Broaden Rawd

Not Quite Perfect

Rating: 4.5

It's not the fevered loving that makes a heart so bold
But a must for lust worth having that dies once you are old

Unleash the glaring dagger to plunge into my soul
A steel I'll feel not having that's real and chilly cold

To death our love perfection was not my only goal
I was not quite so perfect for you the story's told

A well articulated piece of poetry insightfully penned in poetic diction with conviction. A lovely poem with good rhyme scheme. Thanks for sharing. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.
