Not Much Poem by Suhail Kakorvi

The famous physician of Lucknow and Professor in prestigious KGMU Dr. Kausar Usman is my very intimate friend. He was supposed to be in the release function of my book ‘Effulgence’ collections of my poems took place at Literature Carnival at Lucknow on 28th of November but due to an important meeting he missed the occasion so it was incumbent upon me to present the book to him at his residence. I went with Sheikh Asad Aamir Mustafavi who remained in his serious illness under his treatment and recovered got new life. Dr. Kausar Usman after reading certain poem called his son Salim who is studying in Class-VIII to show the book to him who denied likeness for poetry but suddenly his eyes were fixed upon a poem on Bharat Ratna Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam and all at once he praised the poem and perhaps changed his opinion about poetry and that gave me a hint of the success of the book as a child of this age found something impressive in the book. Tauseef Siddiqui who has uploaded this pic on facebook has also got very notable experiences from Dr. Kausar Usman as he treated his father well who is a patient of diabetes and now his sugar is on normal limits. That shows how he has got command over the subject and knows how to apply his knowledge. I have written when I presented the book that he knows and possesses the oblivious antidotes for all sorts of agonies and so share this picture with my facebook friends.The poem is about him and his son
