Not Alone Poem by Tirupathi Chandrupatla

Not Alone

I'm not alone
This night
Friendly moon
Shines bright
At my face
The cloud moves
Between moon and me
To say 'I am here
To play with
You and moon'
The tree stands
Tall and reassuring
Its leaves move
To fill air
With life
Sleeping birds
Make sweet chirps
In their dreams
Creatures
Of the wild
Call my attention
Never a dull moment
I'm in good company
I'm not alone.

The thought that one is not alone, but in sweet company is such an invigorating thought! Beautiful poem!
