Not A True Friend Poem by Scot Warren

Not A True Friend

When feeling so up
One word brings me down
You’re trying to be funny?
You’re not a clown.
You say you’re a friend
But you were wrong
If you ever were
It wasn’t for long
You weaseled yourself in
Just like a spy
But now you must leave
I bid you goodbye
