Each day I sit here
With this book in my hand
Trying to explain in a way
That you might understand

What my feelings for you
Really are
My amazing love
That is so far

I search for the words
Yet nothing seems right
My love, in this darkness
You are my light

Nothing can describe
The way you make me feel
That what's happening between us
Is just so surreal

That even when life
Seems so dark and unsure
You make me see
That there really is so much more

So although words will never describe
What I want them to
I will do my best
