No Visionary Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

No Visionary

No visionary

I beg to live
And believe
In one faith
Till the death

I am simple man
Innocent and human
I may not know
From here where to go!

So I bow down to pray
And seek your sway
In each move I make
Simple purity and no fake show

Fill me with simple ideals
To live real
Among poor and down trodden
And make mother earth as heaven

I am no visionary
But ignorant and ordinary
I wish life to be spent
In a manner and with purpose as sent
