repeat over and over
habits are made
think over and over
patterns are being made
every thought leads to another
every action has another
throw a ball it bounces back
give some hate it reciprocates
give some love and love is all around
what kind of energy are you
centered on one thing, not being distracted
being where ever you go
energy can be changed
thoughts can be changed
patterns can change
trust can be changed
the self is always changing
love can be made
hate can be destroyed
energy can change
words are just words
