"Money power corrupts all
But absolute power corrupts absolutely
The legendary saying is perfect
In modern days it coupled with fact

Bribery does not stop
It shouts on the top
Even clerks have fortune of millions
The higher official's sake is in billions

No file will move
Without fund to prove
That you will honor
Deposit the money in their treasure

Some are in party fund
Some are purely for personal refund
You got to pay and purchase
Else wait outside and chase

Now it has changed practice
No more promise
But direct cut backs in foreign country
Where the transaction is easy
