I am alone and afraid,
pushing others away,
I am lost and trapped,
stuck within myself,
So much pain,
My heart has gone numb,
So many tears,
My eyes have gone dry,
I am alone,

But that's not where I want to be,
I am afraid,
But there's no reason to be,
I am lost,
But I see a trail,
I am trapped,
but there is a key,
So someone please free me,
I am not alone,
I am not afraid,
I have been found,
I am now free,
no longer alone,
no longer afraid,
no longer.
