Nintendo Party Poem by Justin Gildow

Tonight's the perfect night to feel like a kid again
So come on, my friends
Let's have a Nintendo party

Let's get dressed in shirts representing Super Mario Bros., Legend Of Zelda, Punchout! ! , and Castlevania
Along with sweatpants that have the Nintendo logo on them

Sit down the Super Mario Bros. bean bag chairs
Fill up a bowl with Super Mario Bros. fruit snacks
Fill up another bowl with the Legend Of Zelda fruit snacks
Toss a few Super Mario Bros. candy bars in another bowl as well
Make sure we have all the flavors
Nut Roll, Milk Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Mint, and Chocolate N' Almond
Sit to the side Super Mario Bros. juice boxes
Which are Sip Super Fruit Punch, Warp Zone Orange, Secret Code Grape, and Power Punch
Sit on they tray Super Mario Bros. ice cream sandwiches
Finally, the Nintendo Cereal System
Pour the Super Mario Bros. cereal that's fruity in one bowl
Pour the Legend Of Zelda that's berry in another bowl

We have a nice library of games to choose from
Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros.2, Legend Of Zelda, Zelda II: The Adventure Of Link, Tetris, Castlevania, Castlevania II: Simon's Quest, Punchout! ! , Duck Hunt, and World Class Track Meet

The hours fly by
And we feel like kids again
We're having the time of our lives
And we don't want the good times we've had come to an end

The Super Mario Bros. board game is sitting on the shelf
Joining the Super Mario Bros. and Legend Of Zelda jigsaw puzzles
If time allows
We'll have to play or put together one of those things ourselves
If there's time left in the night
