Never Turn Out The Light
Never turn the light out
on someone in distress.
Never turn your back
on someone’s cry for help.
Someday you maybe
in the same predicament
and it would be comforting to know,
that around the corner
there is someone who cares.
Someone to give you a hand
when you need it the most.
So never turn the light out
on someone in distress.
