Never thought it would end this way
Never thought you'd simply run away
Never thought you'd leave me in dismay
Never thought you'd leave me in sorrow
Never thought you'd quickly grow
Well seems times do change
Well seems I lost the keys to your cage
Yes, you warned me that's true
Yet I was honest, loyal and trusted you
Should've listened to your friendly advise
Well seems at the moment I wasn't as wise
I didn't even know my engagement's size
Seems i messed it all at the beginning
Yet you were waiting for the happy ending
The chapter of the book I didn't offer
That little loss left you to suffer
Slowly I became you daily pain
Being close to me made you insane
Yet you acted friendly and loyal
But beneath your eyes nothing was normal
You did hate for a moment
You were swallowed by wrath's torrent
Maybe you wished you'd never see me again
Maybe I wished you'd resist the little pain

Never did you leave me with feelings of dismay
Days passed; we grew older and older
Times changed; we were separated from each other
Each saying it's the other's fault
Each regretting falling for the charm of the other
But I tried to find a suitable solution
I thought of getting past the childish behavior
I did come to talk to you
I did try to express what was true
I know you still want me by your side
With the pain I caused, I shall hide
Days passed; my courage still at the bottom

And there you were walking to school

There you were wandering where i was lately

I was wrong? You were waiting for me with patience?
But wait I just can't get it right
I cause you pain, you stick to me more?
Well seems you are really honest with me
Well seems I imagined a whole different story
Seems you still want me
Seems the story's still a mystery
