Near Faint Beneath Golden Limes Poem by Mark Heathcote

Near Faint Beneath Golden Limes

I rode out my luck in those clematis climbs
Entwined with you in our secret garden
Heady I spiralled out of control, oftentimes
Sheltering; near faint beneath golden limes
Watching you take bloom, in heaven.
