Narrow River Poem by Diplove gautam

Narrow River

Rating: 4.0

When i was a child i lived in great plains,
Its Nepal with small and big river drains,
A flow from Himalayas and way to Ganges,
Clouds above, earth below everything dances.

Grasslands and fields with cattle's and birds,
Land with mystics and dance of sages and lords,
We were running in the banks chasing the clouds,
Winds and river whistling and occasionally loud.

I see horizon sky is touching land all directions,
Trees leaves moving with river breeze attractions,
I was lured to that temptation i can't mention,
I sat awed and feeling who did this all invention.
