Mysterious Angel Poem by Margo Reid

Mysterious Angel

Rating: 3.8

A mysterious angel from out of nowhere
Attend to me, in the mist of my dream,
She was so beautiful, kind and fair,
Face of the color of vanilla cream,
She has a very beautiful smile,
That lightens up the whole room,
I draw in my breath for a short while.

I blink my eyes,
I couldn’t believe what I was seeing,
My mind was telling me information going at a rate of a hundred miles,
What was the being?
What I was seeing?
An illusion of a person that appear to me,
Warning me of something horrible,
Or the confusion of what my eye sees,
Was it that terrible?

That I’m seeing something, that is not really there,
Are my eyes playing tricks on me?
I look up and the angel had disappear,
What could it be?
Is this a sign
That someone is playing tricks with my mind,
What could it be?
What’s wrong with me?
