My World Poem by Heather Burns

My World

Rating: 5.0

You entered my world
didn't stay very long

You were in a hurry
had to get along

You entered my heart
for a little while

made me so happy
caused my heart to smile

you entered my mind
now you are gone

remaining a memory
I still sing our song

Poem with the sorrow contrast - remaining a memory I still sing our song, tears full eyes yet smile on face, and I must say- tears of the night or pearls of the day! , Woes of the heart or dancing feathers gay! Thank you Heather

Commemorates a relationship that has been sweet, but didn't last long! But its delightful memories still linger! Cute little poem marked by deep feelings!
