My Shadow
My shadow walks beside me.
She is my friend when times are hard.
My shadow can always see,
When I'm alone.
You cannot see her in the dark.
But I know she is there.
Looking out for me.
Always watching silently from the shadows.
She whispers words of comfort,
That no one else can hear.
She wipes away what's wrong in the world,
To clear a path for me.
