My Refuge

I am searching for shelter, a place of solace
Free from the fear of stray dog menace
Undisturbed by the noxious plastic blaze
Unhampered by the deadly motor race
Undeterred by the maddening crowd I face
Unmindful of winning or losing a chase
Free to breathe unpolluted air always
Uncertain of my chosen haven
If it is on earth or unknown heaven
