My Redemption, I Can'T See Poem by cassiel kaini

My Redemption, I Can'T See

i flipped in the air
i rolled on the ground
i pounced on your fate
i watched my enemy drown
my hair blowing in the storm
the hard expression never leaves
the fierceness of the wind
the howling of the trees
they stalk the filthy darkness
in which ran the mysterious fiend

in pursuit, i ran
i ran for the life of me
i ran to destroy
i ran to flee
and i fast approached
i am at his heels
a grab of the neck, twisting of the leaves
snap likes a twig, with the power residing in me
i am now a murderer
i have now joined them, bending on my knees
kneeling on the ground, my redemption, i can't see
