My Reasons For Life Poem by Seyyed Bagher Mirshojaee

These are my reasons for life:
Your heavenly smile to change nights into days
A red apple to be eaten half and half
Your eyes to navigate through the oceans
The peaceful music of your words to rest
My little poems to be awarded gardens of flowers
And extending the time of being together forever.

These things make me hopeful of the world,
And I make the world hopeful of them;
In so doing I and the world lead this life.
