My Prayers To God
Defend my cages
From ill dreams and nightmares
Stamp the ghostly foe
Under my feet
Guard me from nightly fantasies and fears
Free from pollutions and illusions
Because the gloom may cover
As the day comes to an end

This is almost similar to an old mythological poem that my granny used to sing in malayalam just before going to bed asking Lord Hanuman to protect her & her loved ones from all bad dreams.Beautifu lines.
