My Muse Poem by Thomas Becker

My Muse

I lay awake in my bed late at night
with thought of you in minds sight,
felling that our love is just and right.

When finally sleep takes me away,
thought of you even then will stay.

Dreams of you have filled my night.
Your smile is the only thing in my sight
as your love fits my heart just right.

Your eyes sweet look carries my heart
and with out your love I'd have no art.

From work I rush home each night
because you are the days best sight
and I know y'all make it all right.

You are the only reason I live my live.
I'm so happy I have you as my wife.
