My Mind Wanders

My mind wanders quite a lot
Now that I'm getting old
And I talk loud to myself
Or so I have been told
I don't remember what I say
Or even what I think
I may be going senile
Or crazy due to drink
Others drink much more than me
And seem to be alright
At least I don't have arguments
Or get into a fight
My memory is also going
It happens over time
I don't know what prompted me
To write this stupid rhyme.
