My Mind.. Poem by Rick Adriolo

There are clouds in my mind,
can't see the sun and there comes the rain..
There are whispers,
there are screams and so much pain..
There's thunder in my head,
flashes from the past and echoing in my head..
There's a smile on my face,
sometimes a laugh that's not honest and it makes me sad..
It's all me,
out there and for the ones that want to see..
But I know all of you don't really want to know the real me..
